Bio
Alexandra is a biomedical designer based in Chicago, specializing in interactive design. She is passionate about translating complex medical concepts into engaging, high-quality visualizations. Her expertise includes 2D and 3D illustration, animation, interactive media, UI/UX design, and virtual reality (VR). She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Studio Art, with a minor in Chemistry, before completing a master’s degree in Biomedical Visualization from the University of Illinois Chicago.
Prior to joining Impact, Alexandra collaborated with leading medical and educational institutions, including the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), and the American Thyroid Association (ATA). At Impact, she combines her background in biomedical visualization with scientific storytelling and strategic thinking to create compelling visuals for litigation matters involving medical malpractice, pharmaceutical liability, toxic torts, and other high profile matters.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys sketching comics, playing indie video games (and occasionally dabbling in game development), and relaxing on the couch with her cat, Nyx, while watching a binge-worthy show.
